Confirm your offer
Accept unconditional offer, pay deposit, receive Confirmation of Acceptance (CAS) letter.

Gather documents
Passport, offer letter, tuition receipt, bank statements, sponsor affidavit, IELTS, SOP, previous refusals disclosure.

Prove finances
Show €10,000 for the first year (living costs) plus tuition. Funds must be in your or your sponsor's name for at least 28 days.

Book medical insurance
Minimum €25,000 benefit. Study & Protect, Ireland Life Health, VHI are common providers.

Submit AVATS application
Complete the online form at AVATS, print, sign, and lodge with VFS Dhaka along with biometrics.

Decision & interview
Most cases are decided on documents in 8–12 weeks. Interviews are rare but be prepared.
